How secure is shopping here? Is my data protected?

Shop CRAZEE operates from a secure server invoking industry standard security protocols. Data is encrypted.

What payment methods do you accept?

VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL. Cash On Delivery where applicable.

What are your delivery charges?

Shipping is FREE unless otherwise stated for a particular Product.

How long will delivery take?

7-21 days is usual, depending on the supplier barring any postal exigencies. Orders cannot be cancelled; you can however return the product in the same condition as received in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy for a full or partial refund.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon order, supplier ships the product which is moved along until it reaches your doorstep. Customer can track order using the link provided in order confirmation email.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Upon completion of your Order, there is a transaction summary which you can print and save.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from suppliers’ warehouses in China will be shipped by ePacket, Standard or Registered Mail or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from warehouses in USA are shipped through USPS in the main part.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may attract custom fees once they arrive to your country for which you are solely responsible.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

NOTE:
In some cases, due to FREE SHIPPING, tracking may not be available.

Are items sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages and perhaps even at slightly different times, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
